Errol Holmes is the General Manager of Human Resources. In this capacity, he leads the employee recruitment, training & development and retention programmes of the Trust. He also has managerial oversight of the employee benefit, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee empowerment interventions.
With over thirty years of leadership experience in the human resources profession, Mr. Holmes has worked in the Jamaican public and private sectors, leading the human resource functions in various industries, including hotel and tourism, manufacturing, telecommunications, health-care and education.
A Fulbright scholar, he holds the Bachelor of Education from Northern Caribbean University, a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Technology and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Relations and Labour Law from the Loyola University of Chicago.
